We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. Your satisfaction and enjoyment are always our goals.


For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
  • All items must be in their original packaging (incl. shipping packing) with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Man-caused damaged items will not be eligible for the refund.
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.


If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We cannot refund you if…

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Refunds will be made using the same payment method used when the order was placed.


If you are approved for a refund, we will pay for the shipping costs.


All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a color or a different size. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

  • We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
  • Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
